Texas Massage and Bodyworks is family owned and operated by Troy and Monica Beaty:

At a younger age, Troy was very involved in athletics.  As he has gotten older, he understands the impacts that sports had on his body and as such, we want to help others live as much of a pain free and injury free life as possible!

We offer a large variety of Massage and Sport Recovery Services.  Our massage services include Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Cupping Therapy, Adolescent Massage, and more.

Our Sports Recovery Specialists can help you work through particular pain points such as planter fasciitis, sciatica pain, or work on a plan to help you try to prevent injuries from sports or other activities.

Alanna believes in being able to help people live a more pain free life and it is one of her greatest joys in her career as a Massage Therapist.  Through communication and listening to the body, Alanna works to meet the specific needs of the person she is working on.  She is passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind and body. Alanna was licensed in 2011 and has advanced training in Relaxation, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue, Sports, Cranio-Sacral, Cupping, Gua Sha and Prenatal.  Her area’s of specialty are Tension headache, Frozen shoulder, RA/Fibromyalgia, TMJ, Sciatica, Plantar fasciitis, and more.

Lupita

Lupita is a 10+ year veteran in massage therapy. Lupita excels in Swedish, Hot Stone, and Shiatsu.  For shiatsu massage, the therapist uses varied, rhythmic pressure on certain precise points of the body. These points are called acupressure points.  Proponents say shiatsu massage can help relieve blockages at these acupressure points.  Lupita can also help with lymphatic massages for post-surgery drainage and recoveries.  Modalities include lymphatic, Swedish, prenatal, cupping and more.  Lupita is a good fit for someone looking for a medium to firm pressure massage.

Amanda enjoys making people comfortable and working any problem areas and pain issues they may have.  Amanda believes that relaxation is the key to healing most aches and pains.  She in particular likes working with individuals who suffer from back, neck and shoulder concerns.  Amanda believes in giving you nurturing comfort while providing therapeutic techniques to give you the proper care your body needs.  She has advanced training in Relaxation, Cupping, Trigger Point and Prenatal massage and her areas of specialty include the back, neck, shoulders and glutes.

 Reyna has been a Massage Therapist since 2014.  In that time she has discovered a passion for helping others acheive their wellness goals through therapeutic massage.  Reyna has additional training in prenatal massage, postpartum massage, full body stretching,  and percussion instrument massage.  He goal for each client is to listen to their needs and provide a massage that will bring the most relief by using a variety of massage modalities and techniques.

 Sam has been a massage therapist since 1991.  He is a former athlete and has a vast knowledge of the muscles and how they function.  He will not only give you an awesome massage but give you recommendations on home therapies and ergonomics.  

 

Jonathan

Massage Therapist, Spring Location

Jonathan received his education from the Woodlands School of Massage Therapy in 2020 and became licensed in 2021. He has a passion for therapeutic body work, and helping people to relax at the end of a long day or week. He also completed training to become a Graston Technique Specialist in 2020 that allows for precise detection and treatment of fascial restrictions as well as muscle and tendon dysfunction. Jonathan is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Graston Technique. He is looking forward to helping others and to learn more everyday as his career in massage continues.
